新型绿色注浆材料在导水构造带的应用研究

摘要 随着煤层开采向下组煤层延伸,煤矿开采中底板突水灾害严重威胁着煤矿与人员的生命财产安全。因此运用注浆材料填充和加固稳定煤矿地质结构显得尤为重要。但是由于传统注浆材料如普通硅酸盐水泥浆液、水泥-黏土浆液、化学注浆材料存在质量粗糙、稳定性低、抗水溶蚀性差、固体强度低、凝结时间不可控、成本高、污染严重等问题,本文提出了以过火煤矸石为主、少量水泥为辅的新型材料,并获得了一些列的工业对比结果,取得了不错的应用效果。 With the extension of coal seam mining to the lower coal seam,water inrush disasters from the floor during coal mining seriously threaten the safety of coal mines and personnel's lives and property.Therefore,it is particularly important to use grouting materials to fill and reinforce the stable geological structure of coal mines.However,due to the problems of rough quality,low stability,poor water resistance,low solid strength,uncontrollable setting time,high cost,and serious pollution of traditional grouting materials such as ordinary Portland cement slurry,cement clay slurry,and chemical grouting materials,this paper proposes a new material mainly composed of burnt coal gangue and supplemented by a small amount of cement,and obtains a series of industrial comparison results,achieving good application effects.
