煤矿井下综采工作面瓦斯治理及效果研究

摘要 针对某煤炭井下综采工作面实际情况,制定了瓦斯治理方案,结合了开采保护层、网格式上向穿层钻孔、地面钻井、高位穿层拦截钻孔、小曲率梳状长钻孔、高位钻孔、老塘埋管等先进技术,之后逐项完成了抽采技术的实施方案设计与实施。监测了11832工作面回采过程中的瓦斯浓度变化情况,结果表明,回采期间回风巷瓦斯平均浓度小于《煤矿安全规程》限值,未出现瓦斯超限情况,满足井下作业人员安全工作要求。 According to the actual situation of a fully mechanized coal mining face,a gas treatment scheme was formulated,which combined with the mining protection layer,mesh format up-penetrating drilling,surface drilling,high penetrating interception drilling,small curvature comb long drilling,high drilling,old pond buried pipe and other advanced technologies,and then completed the implementation scheme design and implementation of the extraction technology.The variation of gas concentration in the stoping process of 11832 working face is monitored.The results show that the average gas concentration in the return air roadway during stoping is less than the limit of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations,and there is no gas exceeding the limit,which meets the safety requirements of underground operators.
