摘要
当前城市化建设对于煤炭的需求量不断提高,需要煤矿企业关注工作面的回采效率,借助高效、高质的回采工作,提高企业核心竞争力。以大倾角厚煤层工作面的回采为例,在做好不同开采工艺的对比选择和综放工艺的参数优化等工作后,能显著提高回采率。不过在多方面因素干扰下,目前部分矿企的开采工艺参数优化还存在一定问题,如何有效对开采技术进行优化,也成为当前很多矿企需要考虑的问题。为此,本文会进行工程的概述,然后具体分析采煤工艺的参数优化并进行试验,最后讨论优化结果,以期望可以满足矿企的回采需要。
With the continuous increase in demand for coal in current urbanization construction,coal mining enterprises need to pay attention to the mining efficiency of the working face,and improve their core competitiveness through efficient and high-quality mining work.Taking the mining of thick coal seams with large inclination angles as an example,after comparing and selecting different mining processes and optimizing the parameters of the fully mechanized caving process,the mining rate can be significantly improved.However,under the interference of various factors,there are still certain problems in optimizing the mining process parameters of some mining enterprises.How to effectively optimize the mining technology has become a problem that many mining enterprises need to consider.To this end,this article will provide an overview of the project,then analyze the parameter optimization of coal mining technology and conduct experiments,and finally discuss the optimization results in the hope of meeting the mining needs of mining enterprises.
