摘要
首先,识别了绿色建筑施工阶段的风险因素,并根据不同利益相关者进行了归类;其次,运用社会网络分析(Social Network Analysis, SNA)方法构建了风险关联网络,通过研究风险因素及其相互影响,确定了风险网络中的关键风险及其关联;再次,研究揭示了通过对核心风险因素及其相互关系的精准控制,能够有效切断风险在网络中的传播路径;最后,提出了有针对性的风险应对策略,并通过实证分析验证其实际效果,旨在为绿色建筑施工阶段的风险管理提供理论指导和实践参考。
Firstly,the risk factors in the construction stage of green buildings were identified and categorized according to different stakeholders.Secondly,the method of social network analysis,SNA,was used to construct a risk correlation network to determine the key risks and their associations in the risk network through the study of risk factors and their interactions.Thirdly,the study reveals that the risk propagation path in the network can be effectively cut off through the precise control of core risk factors and their interrelationships.Finally,a targeted risk response strategy is proposed,and its practical effect is verified through empirical analysis,aiming to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for risk management in the construction stage of green buildings.
