高职院校师范教育专业转型发展分析——以四川省高职院校为例

摘要 文章通过对四川省高职院校2023年师范教育专业招生人数、学校招生总人数,与2015年师范教育专业招生人数及占比等情况的对比统计,可以看出高职院校的师范教育专业招生规模有明显缩小的趋势。在教师资格证国考和师范教育专业认证的大背景下,高职院校师范教育专业将面临新教师资格证国考、招生规模、专业转型等一些新的考验和困难,而转变中的高职院校师范教育专业,将在教育硬件设施功能转变、突出优势专业、师资力量的优化与流动等方面有所作为。 The article compares the enrollment of teacher education majors in vocational colleges in Sichuan Province in 2023,the total enrollment of schools,and the enrollment and proportion of teacher education majors in 2015.It can be seen that the enrollment scale of teacher education majors in vocational colleges is showing a significant trend of shrinking.Against the backdrop of the national teacher qualification examination and the certification of teacher education majors,vocational colleges'teacher education majors will face new tests and difficulties such as the national teacher qualification examination,enrollment scale,and professional transformation.The transforming vocational colleges'teacher education majors will make achievements in the transformation of educational hardware facilities,highlighting advantageous majors,optimizing and flowing teacher resources,and so on.
