The Key Tasks and the Path of the Rule of Law Culture Education in the New Era

党的十八大以来,党和国家提出加强法治文化学科建设,开展法治文化教育,把法治文化教育作为加强文化建设的一项重要举措,并明确了红色法治文化教育、中华优秀传统法律文化教育、社会主义法治文艺活动建设和社会主义法治文化阵地建设四项法治文化教育重点任务。法治文化教育具有非常重大政治价值、历史价值、法治价值、教育价值和文化价值,我们要从理论研究、资源建设、平台建设和人才培养与培训四个方面推进法治文化教育的落实落地。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the CPC and the State have proposed to strengthen the construction of the rule of law culture discipline,carried out the rule of law culture education,and regarded the rule of law culture education as an important measure to improve culture construction,and set out four key tasks of the rule of law culture education,the red rule of law culture education,the fine traditional Chinese legal culture education,the socialist legal arts and cultural activities construction and the positions of socialist rule of law culture construction.The rule of law culture education has very important political value,historical value,rule of law value,educational value and cultural value,and we must promote the implementation of the rule of law culture education in four aspects of theoretical research,resources construction,platform building and talent training.
