水利水电工程物资管理的现状及完善策略探析

摘要 当前水利水电工程物资管理存在物资采购环节信息不准确、仓储管理存在库存过剩或短缺、供应链协同存在信息共享不足等问题,笔者从物资采购、仓储管理、供应链协同及数字化建设等方面分析物资管理现状,探讨技术创新、数字化转型、供应链优化、流程改进和标准化、人力资源管理等方面的优化措施。结果表明,通过云计算、大数据和人工智能等技术应用,可以显著提升物资管理的精度和效率;供应链协同和数字化建设有助于增强透明度和灵活性;流程改进和标准化能提高管理的规范性和可追溯性。综合运用多种优化策略,可有效解决当前水利水电工程物资管理中存在的问题,确保工程项目建设的顺利进行,实现可持续发展目标。 At present,there are some problems in material management of water conservancy and hydropower engineerings,such as inaccurate information in material procurement,excess or shortage of inventory in warehouse management,and insufficient information sharing in supply chain coordination.The authors analyze the current situation of material management from the aspects of material procurement,warehouse management,supply chain coordination and digital construction,and discuss the optimization measures of technological innovation,digital transformation,supply chain optimization,process improvement and standardization,human resource management and so on.The results show that the accuracy and efficiency of material management can be significantly improved through the application of cloud computing,big data and artificial intelligence;Supply chain collaboration and digital construction help to enhance transparency and flexibility;Process improvement and standardization can improve the standardization and traceability of management.The comprehensive use of a variety of optimization strategies can effectively solve the problems existing in the current material management of water conservancy and hydropower engineerings,ensure the smooth progress of project construction,and achieve the goal of sustainable development.
