浅谈大坡度、复杂地形光伏电站灌注桩施工质量控制

摘要 笔者针对大坡度、复杂地形中的地质条件复杂、灌注桩长度确定难、施工难度大等难题,提出灌注桩施工质量控制要点,并详细阐述灌注桩施工关键工序的实施和控制,对常见施工事故提出相应处理和预防措施。这些措施的实施能够显著提高施工质量和效率,降低成本,并确保光伏灌注桩基础的稳定性和承载性能,为光伏电站的可靠运行提供坚实的基础保障。 The authors propose key points for quality control in the construction of cast-in-place piles,in view of the complex geological conditions,difficulty in determining the length of cast-in-place piles and difficulty in construction in steep slope and complex terrain.The implementation and control of key processes of cast-in-place pile construction are elaborated,and the corresponding treatment and preventive measures are put forward for common construction accidents.The implementation of these measures can significantly improve the construction quality and efficiency,reduce costs,and ensure the stability and bearing capacity of the photovoltaic cast-inplace pile foundation,and provide a solid foundation for the reliable operation of the photovoltaic power station.
