摘要
顶岗实习作为连接理论学习与职业实践的重要桥梁,对学生职业技能的发展和教育观念的形成具有重要作用。然而,当前高职学前教育专业学生在顶岗实习过程中面临各种挑战,影响了实习效果。文章通过分析顶岗实习现状,探讨合理有效的对策,旨在提升高职学前教育专业学生的实习质量,培养高素质的学前教育师资。
As an important bridge connecting theoretical learning and professional practice,on-the-job internships play an important role in the development of students'vocational skills and the formation of educational concepts.However,the current process of on-the-job internships for vocational pre-school education students faces various challenges,which affects the effectiveness of internships.The article analyzes the current situation of on-the-job internships and explores reasonable and effective strategies,aiming to improve the internship quality of vocational preschool education students and cultivate high-quality preschool education teachers.
