辅导员心理健康教育工作中的问题及对策

The Problems and Countermeasures of Psychological Health Education Work for Counselors

辅导员肩负着高校学生心理健康教育的重要职责与使命。现阶段辅导员心理健康教育工作质量参差不齐,受到多种因素的交织影响,如辅导员角色定位模糊、多重任务导致身份冲突、专业化水平低、工作任务繁重等。为改进辅导员心理健康教育工作成效,文章提出了明确辅导员角色定位、坚持育心和育德相统一、加强专业培训和技能提升、建立心理健康教育网络、因材施教推进心理健康教育五点对策。

Counselors shoulder the important responsibility and mission of psychological health education for college students.At present,the quality of psychological health education for counselors varies and is influenced by various factors,such as unclear role positioning of counselors,identity conflicts caused by multiple tasks,low level of specialization,and heavy workload.To improve the effectiveness of psychological health education for counselors,the author proposes five strategies:clarifying the role positioning of counselors,adhering to the unity of psychological and moral education,strengthening professional training and skill enhancement,establishing a psychological health education network,and promoting psychological health education according to individual needs.
