摘要
产教融合背景下,高职学生教育管理工作既面临挑战,也迎来发展机遇。随着产教融合的深入发展,高职院校学生教育管理工作呈现出教育管理主体从一元化走向多元化、教育管理模式由制度管理转向人本管理、教育管理情境从单一化走向复杂化等新特点,同时,仍存在一些困境,如校企人才管理存在差异、学生身份转变困难、学校缺乏双师型教师等。针对上述问题,文章从统一教育管理目标、加快学生身份转变、加强教师队伍整合和形成教育管理合力等方面出发,探索产教融合背景下高职学生教育管理的对策。
Under the background of the integration of industry and education,the education management of vocational college students faces both challenges and opportunities for development.The deepening development of the integration of industry and education has led to new characteristics in the management of student education in vocational colleges,such as the shift of educational management entities from centralization to diversification,the shift of educational management models from institutional management to humanistic management,and the transformation of educational management contexts from singularity to complexity.At the same time,there are still some difficulties:differences in talent management between schools and enterprises,difficulties in transforming student identities,and a lack of dual qualified teachers in schools.In response to the above issues,this article explores countermeasures for the education management of vocational college students under the background of industry education integration from several aspects,such as unifying education management goals,accelerating the transformation of student identity,strengthening the integration of teacher teams,and forming a joint force in education management.
