基于“对分课堂案例讨论”的病理学教学改革探究

摘要 病理学是医学中一门重要的桥梁课。为提高该课程的教学质量,文章围绕2021级3个班临床学生的病理学教学展开探讨,教学中尝试采用“对分课堂+案例讨论”教学模式,并创新性地将讨论环节设置在实验课中,通过课中赋分评价、课后问卷调查、期末统考三方面开展教学评价。结果显示,开展新教学模式的班级学生成绩高于传统教学的班级,该教学模式能有效提高学生的教学参与度,提高病理学教学质量。 Pathology is an important bridge course in medicine.In order to improve the teaching quality of this subject,this article explores the pathology teaching of clinical students in three classes of the Class 2021.The teaching model of"split class+case discussion"is attempted,and the innovative discussion section is set up in the experimental class.The teaching evaluation is carried out through three aspects:in class scoring and evaluation,post class questionnaire survey,and final unified examination.The results showed that the students in the class implementing the new teaching mode achieved higher grades than those in the traditional teaching mode.This teaching mode can effectively improve student participation and enhance the quality of pathology teaching.
