师范认证背景下高职院校师范类专业教育实践研究

摘要 教育实践能力是师范生应具备的重要技能,师范生教育实践历来是教师培养的薄弱环节。师范类专业认证既是师范专业教育改革的新任务,也是推动师范教育高质量发展、提升师范类专业人才培养质量的重要手段。认证标准中“合作与实践”指标体系指出,要从协同育人、基地建设、实践教学、导师队伍和管理评价五个环节构建教育实践体系。文章针对当前高职院校师范类专业教育实践面临的困境,从构建“三位一体”协同培养机制、建设互利共赢的校外实践基地、打造完整的实践教学体系、推进“双导师”制度落地落实、建立有效的教育实践评价体系五方面提出相应的举措。 Educational practice ability is an important skill that normal students should possess,and educational practice for normal students has always been a weak link in teacher training.The certification of teacher education majors is not only a new task of teacher education reform,but also an important means to promote the high-quality development of teacher education and improve the quality of teacher education talent training.The"Cooperation and Practice"indicator system in the certification standards pointsout that an educational practicesystem should be constructed from fiveaspects:collaborative education,base construction,practical teaching,mentor team,and management evaluation.The article proposes corresponding measures for the current difficulties faced by teacher education majors in vocational colleges,including building a"trinity"collaborative training mechanism,establishing mutually beneficial off campus practice bases,creating a complete practica l teaching system,promoting the implementation of the"dual mentor"system,and establishing an effective educational practice evaluation system.
