摘要
高校档案馆能助力校园文化的积累和传承、提升高校育人效果,但其在校园文化建设中的职能未充分实现,仍然受到档案馆本身建设和学校环境因素的制约。文章通过分析高校档案馆建设在文化价值认同、文化形象树立、资源开发深度、信息服务能力、以档育人意识等方面存在的问题,寻求其职能实现的针对性解决路径,以促进校园文化建设。
University archives can help accumulate and inherit campus culture,enhance the effectiveness of university education,but their functions in campus culture construction have not been fully realized and are still constrained by the construction of archives themselves and school environmental factors.The article analyzes the problems in the construction of university archives in terms of cultural value recognition,cultural image establishment,depth of resource development,information service capability,and awareness of educating students through archives,and seeks targeted solutions to achieve their functions,in order to promote campus cultural construction.
