新文科理念的提出具有特殊的时代使命和时代内涵,对会计专业教学提出了更高的要求。文章探讨了新文科背景下会计专业“四化、四新”人才培养模式的改革与创新,针对当前会计专业教学中存在的问题,提出了创新化、数智化、多元化、国际化的“四化”会计人才培养目标,以及新课程矩阵、新培养理念、新资源平台、新全球视野的“四新”人才培养模式。旨在培养具备综合素质和创新能力的会计人才,推动会计专业的高质量发展。

The proposal of the new liberal arts concept has a special mission and connotation of the times,which puts forward higher requirements for the teaching of accounting majors.This article explores the reform and innovation of the"Four Modernizations and Four News"talent cultivation model in the accounting profession under the background of the new liberal arts.In response to the current problems in accounting teaching,it proposes innovative,intelligent,diversified,and international"Four Modernizations"accounting talent cultivation goals,as well as a"Four News"talent cultivation teaching model with a new curriculum matrix,new training concepts,new resource platforms,and a new global perspective.Aim to cultivate accounting talents with comprehensive qualities and innovative abilities,and promote the high-quality development of the accounting profession.
