标准化病人在儿童血液科医患沟通教学中的应用

摘要 医患沟通是临床诊疗中的关键因素,是参加规范化培训的儿科住院医师所必须掌握的技能。儿童血液科专业性强、沟通要素多、沟通风险大,对住培医师的沟通能力有更高的要求。文章以初诊白血病患儿为例,提出由主治医师担任标准化病人的医患沟通教学方法,以改善临床带教中住培医师的医患沟通及临床实践能力。 Doctor-patient communication is a key factor in clinical diagnosis and treatment.This is a skill that pediatric residents who participate in standardized training must master.However,the pediatric hematology department has strong professionalism,many communication elements and great communication risks.This has a higher requirement on the communication ability of resident physicians.Taking children with children with newly diagnosed leukemia as an example,this paper proposes a teaching method of doctor-patient communication in which attending physicians act as standardized patients.This method can improve the doctor-patient communication and clinical practice ability of resident physicians.
