摘要
日本国立公文书馆通过引入先进的数字化管理系统和多样化的用户反馈渠道,不断提升档案利用服务质量。在长期实践中,该馆形成了独具特色的服务模式。论文基于文献研究、案例分析和网络调研,总结了日本国立公文书馆档案利用服务的主要特点:形式多样化的档案展览,线上线下相结合;注重用户参与的档案服务,互动形式丰富;高效便捷的档案开放,数字化程度高。结合我国实际,总结如下启示:加强数字化建设,提升服务效率;注重用户体验,利用多渠道互动提高参与度;推动档案资源开放与共享,方便公众获取信息。这些做法为我国档案管理机构提供了宝贵的经验和借鉴。
The National Archives of Japan has continuously enhanced the quality of archival ser⁃vices by introducing advanced digital manage⁃ment systems and diverse user feedback chan⁃nels.Through long-term practice,the institution has developed a distinctive service model.Based on literature review,case analysis,and online sur⁃veys,this article summarizes the key characteris⁃tics of archival services provided by the National Archives of Japan:diversified forms of archival ex⁃hibitions,combining online and offline;emphasiz⁃ing user participation in archival services,with rich interactive formats;efficient and convenient archi⁃val access with a high degree of digitization.Draw⁃ing implications for China,the article emphasizes the importance of strengthening digital infrastruc⁃ture to improve service efficiency,enhancing user experience through multi-channel interaction to increase participation,and promoting the open⁃ness and sharing of archival resources to facilitate public access to information.These practices pro⁃vide valuable insights and references for archival management institutions in China.
