摘要
技术专科学院是英国高等技术教育的最新发展样态。2019年第一批开办的英国大伯明翰和索利哈尔技术专科学院在STEM领域特色鲜明,具有办学目标明确、合作伙伴关系多元、提供课程丰富多样、职业发展路径清晰、人文关怀到位的运行特点。英国技术专科学院的运行对同时期诞生、办学宗旨类似的我国高职产业学院在运行上有四点启示:目标导向的顶层规划、面向人人的进阶体系、企业主导的多元合作和市场导向的运营模式。
Technical colleges are the latest development pattern of the UK’s higher technical education.As one of the first batch of vocational colleges opened in 2019,Technical College of British Greater Birmingham and Solihull,has its distinct characteristics in the STEM field,with clear educational objectives,diversified partnerships,rich and diverse courses,clear career development paths,and humanistic cares.The operation of British Technical College has four inspirations points for China’s higher vocational colleges construction,which were born at the same time and have similar educational purposes:goal-oriented top-level planning,advanced system for everyone,enterprise-led diversified cooperation and market-oriented operation mode.
