产教深度融合下盾构维修现场工程师育人模式探索与实践

摘要 现场工程师的培养是推进职业教育向技术技能培训、继续教育,以教促产、以产促教,升级产教融合质量的重要举措。课题组以中铁现场工程师班为例,通过打造产教培养共同体,校企共同确定人才培养目标定位、联合研制人才培养方案、构建专业核心课程体系、联合制定考核评价方式等措施,建立盾构维修现场工程师培养校企协同育人模式。该育人模式将企业新技术、新工艺、新规范融入日常教学过程中,提高了学生培养质量,增强了专业教师工程实践能力,满足了企业对“精操作、懂工艺、会管理、善协作、能创新”的高素质技能人才的迫切需求。 The training of field engineers is a way to promote vocational education to technical skills training.And the training of field engineers is an important initiative to promote vocational education to technical skills training and continuing education,to promote production by teaching,to promote education by production,and to upgrade the quality of the integration of production and education.The group used the China Railway Class as an example,By creating an industry-education training community,the university and enterprises jointly determine the positioning of talent training objectives,jointly develop talent training programs,build a professional core curriculum system,jointly formulate the assessment and evaluation methods and other measures,to establish a shield maintenance field engineer training school-enterprise collaborative education model.This mode of education integrates the new technologies,processes and norms of enterprises into the daily teaching process,improves the quality of student training,enhances the engineering practice ability of professional teachers,and meets the urgent demand of enterprises for high-quality skilled personnel who are"proficient in operation,know the process,know how to manage,good at collaboration,and able to innovate".
