基于环境模拟的高校就业创业指导课程教学模式探究

Research on the Teaching Mode of College Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Course Based on Environmental Simulation

当前,我国高等教育发展迅速,高校毕业生人数总量压力和社会经济结构性的双重压力下,社会、企业对人才的质量提出更高要求,大学生就业创业面临前所未有的压力。高校就业与创业指导课程在具体的实施过程中,存在着诸多问题,难以满足大学生就业创业的实际需求。鉴于此,本文针对高校学生就业创业指导课程和学生进行分析,提出建设性对策,探索、构建教学新模式,提升课程实效性,促进学生就业和创业能力。

At present,China’s higher education is developing rapidly,and under the double pressure of the total number of college graduates and the adjustment of social and economic structural contradictions,the society and the enterprises put forward higher requirements for the quality of talents,and so the college students’employment and entrepreneurship are facing unprecedented pressure.There are many problems in the implementation of college employment and entrepreneurship guidance courses,which are difficult to meet the actual needs of college students.In this case,this paper analyzes the guidance courses for employment and entrepreneurship of college students and students,puts forward constructive countermeasures,explores and builds a new teaching model,improves the effectiveness of courses,and promotes students’employment and entrepreneurship ability.
