Exploration and Practice of Refined Contract Management in Medical Institutions

医疗机构合同精细化管理是深化医药卫生体制改革、推进依法行医、依法治院的必要举措。医疗机构的合同管理不同于一般的企事业单位,涉及的合同种类繁杂,且大部分合同涉及到医疗安全、国有资产管理等方面,合同签订与管理上存在较大难度与风险。本文以北京某公立三级甲等专科医院为例,介绍合同精细化管理的现状及实践,探索医疗机构合同精细化管理的路径,以期改善合同管理中的漏洞,缩短合同审核期限,维护医疗机构的合法权益,促进医疗机构合法合规发展。

Refined management of contracts in medical institutions is a necessary measure to deepen the health system reform and to promote the practice of medicine and hospitals in accordance with the law.The contract management of medical institutions is different from that of general enterprises and public institutions.The types of contracts involved are complex,and most of them involve medical safety,state-owned assets management and other aspects,so there are great difficulties and risks in contract signing and management.This paper took a grade A tertiary specialized public hospital in Beijing as an example to introduce the current situation and practice of refined contract management,and explore the path of refined contract management of medical institutions,in order to improve the loopholes in contract management,shorten the contract review period,safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of medical institutions,and promote the legal development of medical institutions.
