PVA化工废水近零排放工艺应用

摘要 聚乙烯醇(PVA)废水水量大、浓度高、盐分多、成分复杂,处理难度较大。针对PVA化工生产企业综合废水,提出采用生化处置+近零排放+资源化技术进行处理。该技术利用微生物的特性高效去除废水中的有机物和营养物质,同时通过盐分分离及回收利用,达到企业废水近零排放的目的。结果显示,该处理方法在实现废水零排放的同时,可以节约大量水资源并减少污染物排放,具有明显的环境效益,还可以为企业增加投资收益,具有良好的应用前景。对废水近零排放工艺路线的选择、工艺情况进行了介绍,以期为同行业化工废水零排工艺设计提供参考。 Given the challenges in treating refractory polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)wastewater such as large volume,high concentration,high salt content,and complex composition,we propose a combined technology integrating biochemical method,near-zero discharge,and resource utilization for the comprehensive wastewater treatment in PVA chemical production enterprises.This approach aims to achieve near-zero discharge by efficiently removing organic matters and nutrients from wastewater through microbial processes and separating and recycling salt components.The results show that this method not only achieves the near-zero discharge goal,saves a tremendous amount of water resources and reduces pollutant discharge,but also increases investment returns for enterprises,thus exhibiting significant environmental benefits and promising application prospects.This study introduces the selection of process routes and process details to provide reference for the design of zero-discharge processes for chemical wastewater in the same industry.
