摘要
高新技术武器装备的发展,在提高军队战斗力的同时,也在相关作业环境中产生了高强度的电磁辐射。长期的电磁辐射暴露易诱发放射性肺损伤,严重影响军事作业人员的身体健康,然而,目前并没有有效的方案来消除电磁辐射对肺部的损伤。近年来,越来越多的研究表明,纳米药物具有安全性良好、病灶部位靶向性优异、循环时间和体内半衰期长等优势,在放射性肺损伤的防治中展现出了良好的应用前景,本文就纳米药物在防治放射性肺损伤中的应用进行综述。
The development of high-tech weapons and equipment has improved the combat effectiveness and competitiveness of the military,but it has also generated high-intensity electromagnetic radiation in related military operational environments.Long-term exposure to electromagnetic radiation can cause radiation-induced lung injury(RILI),posing a severe hazard to the health and quality of life of military personnel.However,there are no effective treatment options to protect the lung health of military personnel.In recent years,there has been increasing evidence that nanotherapies are promising for the prevention and treatment of RILI as evidenced by their multiple advantages,including good safety,excellent targeting ability and prolonged circulation time in vivo.In this review,the applications of nanotherapies in the treatment of RILI are summarized.
