浅析黄元御“一气周流,土枢四象”学术思想

A brief analysis of HUANG Yuanyu’s academic thought of“yi qi zhou liu,tu shu si xiang”

通过对清代著名医黄元御的代表作《四圣心源》中“一气周流,土枢四象”思想进行分析,结合其中具体的临床理法方药体系,进一步讨论以中土脾胃为轴、肝心肺肾为轮的动态圆运动传统医学理论体系,并与近现代受西方科学冲击所形成的“科学化”的中医理论形成对照。

Through the analysis of the idea of“yi qi zhou liu,tu shu si xiang”in the masterpiece of the famous Qing dynasty doctor HUANG Yuanyu“si sheng xin yuan”,combined with the specific clinical theory and prescription drug system,the dynamic circular movement traditional medicine theory system with the spleen and stomach as the axis and the liver,heart,lungs and kidney as the wheel is further discussed,and contrasts with the“scientific”Chinese medicine theory formed by the impact of Western science in modern times.
