基于高斯混合模型的配电网分布式光伏接入影响量化分析方法

摘要 针对大量光伏并网后对配电网的影响难以准确评估的问题,提出一种基于高斯混合模型的配电网分布式光伏接入影响量化分析方法。首先,基于配电台区节点负荷历史数据和太阳辐照强度历史数据,建立基于高斯混合模型理论的配电台区节点注入功率的不确定性模型,通过线性化潮流方法计算得到配电台区的节点电压幅值、支路有功潮流等电气量的概率密度函数;其次,建立分布式光伏接入影响量化评估指标体系,并提出分布式光伏接入影响量化评估方法;最后,基于算例对本文所提方法进行验证。 Aiming at the problem of difficulty in accurately assessing the impact of a large number of PV connected to the grid on the distribution network,a method of quantitative analysis for the impact of distributed PV access on the distribution network based on Gaussian mixture model is proposed in this paper.Firstly,based on the historical data of node load and solar irradiation intensity in distribution station area,an uncertainty model of the node injection power in the distribution station area is established based on the Gaussian mixture model theory,and the probability density function of the node voltage amplitude,branch circuit active power flow and other electrical quantities in the distribution station area is calculated by the linearized power flow method.Secondly,the quantitative evaluation index system for the impact of distributed PV access is established,and the quantitative evaluation method of distributed PV access impact is proposed.Finally,the method proposed in this paper is verified based on the case analysis.
