BF纤维高强再生混凝土受压性能影响因素分析

摘要 为揭示BF纤维高强再生混凝土受压性能的影响因素,以BF(玄武岩纤维)纤维掺量和再生粗骨料取代率为变化参数,对9组试块分别做了立方体抗压和棱柱体抗压试验,探讨了BF纤维掺量和再生粗骨料取代率对试件破坏形态和强度指标的影响规律。结果表明:随着再生粗骨料取代率的增大,BFRRC抗压强度逐渐降低;随BF纤维掺量的增加,BFRRC的抗压强度反而逐渐增加。当玄武岩纤维掺量为4kg/m^(3)、取代率为100%的RAC强度增加较为明显。 To identify the factors that affect compressive strength indicators of fiber reinforced recycled concrete,cube compressive tests and prism compressive tests were carried out on 9 sets of test blocks,with variations in BF(basalt fiber)fiber content and substitution ratio of recycled coarse aggregate.The effects of BF fiber dosage and recycled coarse aggregate substitution rate on the damage pattern and strength index of the specimens were investigated.The findings indicate that as the proportion of recycled coarse aggregate used for replacement increases,the compressive strength of BFRRC gradually declines.Conversely,with an increase in BF fiber content,the compressive strength of BFRRC gradually improves.It is noteworthy that when the content of basalt fiber is 4 kg/m^(3) and the substitution ratio is 100%,the enhancement in RAC strength becomes particularly pronounced.
