骨料泥粉含量及MB值对混凝土性能的影响研究

摘要 为研究骨料泥粉含量和MB值对混凝土性能的影响,选择蒙脱土、高岭土和伊利土等三种主要泥粉矿物进行混凝土配置和性能试验。结果表明:高MB值泥粉掺量对混凝土性能影响较大且掺量高于2%时影响更显著,低MB值泥粉对混凝土性能影响较小;混合泥粉的MB值对混凝土强度的影响有限,但是对工作性能和耐久性的影响较大且MB值大于5时的影响显著。根据试验结论,建议以蒙脱土和高岭土为主要成分的泥粉含量不超过骨料的2%,如果对混凝土工作性能的经时保证性要求不高,可适当对标准中泥粉MB值≥1.4时的含量规定适当放宽。 In order to study the effects of aggregate mud powder content and MB value on the perfor‐mance of concrete,three main mud powder minerals,namely montmorillonite,kaolin,and illite,were se‐lected for concrete configuration and performance tests.The results show that the content of high MB value mud powder has a significant impact on the performance of concrete,and the effect is more sig‐nificant when the content is higher than 2%,while the effect of low MB value mud powder on the perfor‐mance of concrete is relatively small;The MB value of mixed mud powder has limited impact on concrete strength,but it has a significant impact on workability and durability,and the effect is significant when the MB value is greater than 5.Based on the experimental results,it is recommended that the con‐tent of clay powder with montmorillonite and kaolin as the main components should not exceed 2%of the aggregate.If the requirements for ensuring the workability of concrete over time are not high,the content requirement for clay powder MB value≥1.4 in the standard can be appropriately relaxed.
