粗集料品质对混凝土性能的影响探讨

在当前建筑工程及桥梁工程建设中,混凝土应用范围广泛,为了确保其应用性能和优势发挥到最大化,关键任务就是要在混凝土材料预拌过程中,加强对其各项原材料质量的严格把控。其中,粗集料品质是影响混凝土性能的关键因素,若是在预拌施工时,忽视粗集料质量的管理,不仅会降低混凝土的预拌质量,影响其应用性能,而且还会给整个项目工程建设埋下一定的安全隐患。基于此,要在混凝土材料使用之前,对其粗集料的各项指标参数予以全面的检测,确保合格后再对其展开投入使用。本文通过实际工程案例,采取相应的试验检测方法对粗集料品质进行分析,并探索其对混凝土性能的影响,以供参考。

In current construction and bridge engineering,concrete has a relatively wide range of applications.In order to ensure its application performance and advantages are maximized,the key task is to strengthen the strict control of the quality of various raw materials in the pre mixing process of concrete materials.Among them,the quality of coarse aggregate is a key factor affecting the per‐formance of concrete.If the management of coarse aggregate quality is ignored during ready-mixed con‐struction,it will not only reduce the pre mixing quality of concrete and affect its application per‐formance,but also lay certain safety risks for the entire project construction.Based on this,before the use of concrete materials,the index parameters of the coarse aggregate to be comprehensive testing to ensure that the qualified and then put it into use.This paper focuses on analyzing the quality of coarse aggregate and exploring its influence on the performance of concrete through practical engineer‐ing cases and adopting corresponding test and inspection methods,so as to serve as a reference for the concerned parties.
