摘要
本文从原材料、试验细节、配合比等方面着手分析现有配合比强度不足的原因。通过对混凝土骨料空隙率的系统优化、胶材用量比例的对比筛选,以更低的砂率、更少的胶材用量,更低的成本,确保该项目C100混凝土满足布料施工性能的同时满足强度要求且有富余,配合比方向性的变化也更有益于混凝土的长期性能。
The reasons for the insufficient strength of the existing concrete-mix-ratio were ana‐lyzed,from the aspects of raw materials,test details,concrete-mix-ratio,etc.By systematically op‐timizing the porosity of concrete aggregates and comparing and screening the proportion of concrete ce‐mentitious materials used,the C100 concrete in this project was ensured to meet both the fabric con‐struction performance and the strength requirements with surplus,with lower sand content,less con‐crete cementitious materials used,and lower cost.The change in the direction of the concrete-mix ratio is also more beneficial to the long-term performance of the concrete.
