摘要
管桩废浆是指管桩在制备过程中经离心后排放出来的悬浊液,该悬浊液中含有水泥、磨细砂、砂粉、水和外加剂等组分。本文通过对比试验研究管桩废浆对湿拌砂浆的8小时稠度损失率、凝结时间、抗压强度(7d、28d、60d)、湿拌砂浆用水量等性能的影响,提出管桩废浆在湿拌砂浆中再生应用存在的问题,为管桩废浆在湿拌砂浆中的应用提供指引。
Pipe pile waste slurry refers to the suspension discharged after centrifugation during the preparation process of pipe piles.The suspension contains components such as cement,ground sand,sand powder,water and admixtures.This article uses comparative experiments to study the impact of pipe pile waste slurry on the 8-hour consistency loss rate,setting time,compressive strength(7d,28d,60d),wet-mixed mortar water consumption and other properties of wet mortar.It is found that pipe pile waste slurry has the problems existing in the regeneration application in wet-mixed mortar provide simple guidelines for the application of pipe pile waste slurry in wet-mix mortar.
