摘要
通过试验研究了掺合料粉煤灰和石灰石粉对玻璃纤维水泥砂浆干燥收缩性能影响,探讨了不同掺合料及环境因素对玻璃纤维水泥砂浆干燥收缩性能的变化规律。结果表明:玻璃纤维水泥砂浆的收缩值在90天内增长较快,180天后收缩值增速减小;掺入粉煤灰和石灰石粉以及覆膜养护能够降低玻璃纤维水泥砂浆的收缩值;低温环境会使得玻璃纤维水泥砂浆的收缩值明显增大;采用对数型收缩值预测模型可以对玻璃纤维水泥砂浆收缩值进行预测。
The influence of blended materials such as fly ash and limestone powder on the drying shrinkage properties of glass fiber reinforced cement mortar was studied through experiments.The changes in drying shrinkage properties of glass fiber reinforced cement mortar due to the difference of blended materials and environmental factors were also investigated.The results show that the shrinkage value of glass fiber reinforced cement mortar increases rapidly within 90 days and decreases in growth rate after 180 days.The incorporation of fly ash and limestone powder as well as film curing can re‐duce the shrinkage value of glass fiber reinforced cement mortar.Low-temperature environments signifi‐cantly increase the shrinkage value of glass fiber reinforced cement mortar.The use of a logarithmic shrinkage prediction model can predict the shrinkage value of glass fiber reinforced cement mortar.
