摘要
结合案例,分析了预拌混凝土产生大量泌水的原因,针对进场普通硅酸盐水泥,重点关注45μm筛筛余结果及其变化对混凝土泌水情况的影响,大概掌握水泥颗粒分布情况,避免水泥因64μm以上粗颗粒含量过高,保水性差,造成混凝土泌水,影响混凝土强度和耐久性。通过调整原材料技术参数和混凝土配合比,成功解决预拌混凝土产生泌水的问题,以期为减少混凝土泌水的研究提供相应参考。
Combined with the case,the reason for the large amount of water secretion from ready mixed concrete was analyzed.For the entry of ordinary silicate cement,we focused on the results of 45μm sieve and the impact of its changes on the water secretion of concrete,and roughly grasp the distribution of cement particles to avoid the high content of coarse particles above 64μm of cement and poor water retention.,causing concrete to bleeding,affecting the strength and durability of con‐crete.In addition,by adjusting the technical parameters of raw materials and the matching ratio of concrete,the problem of bleeding generated by ready-mixed concrete is successfully solved,in order to provide a corresponding reference for the research of reducing concrete bleeding.
