摘要
搅拌站砂石输送带在使用时皮带上会沾着带水的颗粒,此时如果不及时清理输送带,表面的花纹会被填满,从而导致与后续的砂石摩擦力减小,引发运送能力降低。传统混凝土搅拌站投料输送带机头部使用的清扫器,通常采用单一的橡胶清扫器或者聚缘脂刮板清扫器,这种设备存在清扫不彻底、细碎石及细砂有返料的现象[1],且清扫效率通常只有60%~70%左右,还会带给设备维护保养和环保不利影响。本文研究一种新型装置对上述现象作出改善,提高砂石运输能力、提高砂石资源的利用率、延长输送带的使用寿命,提升了混凝土行业绿色生产水平、为社会创造一定的经济效益。
When the sand conveyor belt is used,the belt will be stained with particles with water.If the conveyor belt is not cleaned in time,the surface patterns will be filled,resulting in less friction with the subsequent sand,causing problems with delivery capacity.The head sweeper used in the traditional concrete batching plant feeding conveyor is usually a single rubber sweeper or a poly‐ester scraper sweeper,this kind of equipment has the phenomenon of incomplete cleaning,broken stone and fine sand,and the cleaning efficiency is usually only 60%~70%,but also bring the equipment main‐tenance and environmental impact.In this paper,a new device will be studied to improve the above problems,to improve the transport capacity of sand and stone,to improve the utilization of sand and stone resources,and to extend the service life of belt conveyor.It improves the green production level of concrete industry and creates certain economic benefits for the society.
