仓储机器人创新技术近五年研究进展

摘要 随着电子商务和物流行业的快速发展,仓储管理面临越来越大的压力和挑战。仓储机器人作为提高效率和降低运营成本的重要工具,受到了广泛关注。综述了近年来仓储机器人在路径规划和避障、多机器人调度、深度学习和图像处理、机器人导航和视觉系统、增强现实技术以及空中机器人和无人机技术等方面的研究进展。研究表明,这些技术在提高仓储机器人的智能化、自动化和安全性方面发挥了重要作用。尽管如此,仓储机器人技术仍面临诸如续航时间、导航复杂性及数据安全等挑战。未来的研究应致力于优化现有技术,提升机器人与人类的协作能力,并探索更多工业应用,以实现更加高效和智能化的仓储管理。这些进展为物流和仓储行业的发展奠定了坚实的基础。 With the rapid development of e-commerce and the logistics industry,warehouse management faces increasing pressure and challenges.Warehouse robots,as a critical tool to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs,receives widespread attention.Recent advancements in warehouse robotics in areas such as path planning and obstacle avoidance,multi-robot scheduling,deep learning and image processing,robot navigation and vision systems,augmented reality technology,and aerial robots and umanned aerial vehicle are reviewed.The research indicates that these technologies play a significant role in enhancing the intelligence,automation,and safety of warehouse robots.However,warehouse robot technology still faces challenges such as battery life,navigation complexity,and data security.Future research should focus on optimizing existing technologies,improving robot-human collaboration,and exploring more industrial applications to achieve more efficient and intelligent warehouse management.These advancements lay a solid foundation for the development of the logistics and warehousing industry.
