摘要
为指导行业建立智能工厂,提高制造资源与信息系统的集成效率,研究并开发了全生命周期智能制造试验线仿真平台。该平台基于Plant Simulation二次开发,利用信息模型编辑器和信息模型加载器实现对制造装备的信息建模以及信息模型到OPCUA地址空间的映射,同时开发了嵌入OPCUA服务器的多协议网关样机实现现场数据的采集和转发。建立的制造资源虚拟化模型可以简单方便集成OPCUA技术等其他主流工业通信协议技术,以便于智能工厂仿真建模和实现IT/OT融合研发相应的软件工具。另外平台可以被智能工厂的MES、ERP、SCADA等本地信息化系统集成使用,并可根据用户需求扩展使用,各软件及应用之间实现松耦合关系。体现制造资源虚拟化模型优势和先进性,对推动智能制造关键技术发展和应用发挥重要作用。
To guide the establishment of smart factories and enhance the integration efficiency of manufacturing resources and information systems,a full lifecycle intelligent manufacturing test line simulation platform is researched and developed.Based on the secondary development of Plant Simulation,the platform uses the information model editor and information model loader to realize the information modeling of manufacturing equipment and the mapping of the information model to the OPC UA address space,and develops a multi-protocol gateway prototype embedded in the OPC UA server to realize the collection and forwarding of field data.The established virtualization model of manufacturing resources can be easily integrated with other mainstream industrial communication protocol technologies such as OPC UA technology,so as to facilitate the simulation modeling of smart factories and the development of corresponding software tools for IT/OT integration.In addition,the platform can be integrated and used by local information systems such as MES,ERP,SCADA and other smart factories,and can be expanded according to user needs,and the loose coupling relationship between various software and applications can be realized.It embodies the advantages and advancement of the virtualization model of manufacturing resources,and plays an important role in promoting the development and application of key technologies of intelligent manufacturing.
