基于MCGS的智能分类垃圾箱控制系统设计

摘要 为了响应国家垃圾分类政策,实现生活垃圾在源头上得到分类处理,减少对环境的污染,同时实现资源的再回收利用,设计了基于MCGS触摸屏的智能分类垃圾箱控制系统。智能分类垃圾桶采取三层结构,上层为控制单元、中层为自动投放装置、下层为四格垃圾分类箱,能够满足四类垃圾的分类投放;控制系统包括MCGS触摸屏、PLC控制器、投放口关合垃圾自动投放装置以及红外线满载检测,采用顺序逻辑控制方法对控制程序进行设计,并设计了6个组态画面;最后利用RS485通信线建立通信,将MCGS触摸屏、西门子PLC和红外检测有机结合。结果表明:该控制系统可以实现垃圾的自动投放、分类知识宣传、满载检测提示等功能,提供四类垃圾的分类选择提示,操作方便,直观生动,能够满足社会对智能垃圾箱的需要。所提设计对智能分类垃圾箱的开发具有一定的实践借鉴意义。 To respond to the national waste classification policy,to classify the domestic waste at the source to reduce environmental pollution,and to recycle resources,an intelligent sorting bin control system based on MCGS touch screen is designed,which adopts three-layer structure:the upper layer is the control unit,the middle layer is the automatic dropping device,and the lower layer is the sorted four-grid garbage bin.The control system includes MCGS touch screen,PLC controller,automatic garbage dropping device and infrared full load detection,the control program is designed based on sequential logic control,and six configuration pictures are designed,RS485 wire is used to establish communication among MCGS touch screen,Siemens PLC and infrared detection.The results show that the control system can realize the functions of garbage automatic dropping,garbage sorting knowledge propagating,and full load detection prompt,and provide four kinds of garbage choices prompt,which is easy and intuitive,can meet the needs of society for smart garbage bin.The proposed design has a certain practical significance for the development of intelligent sorting garbage bins.
