基于STM32的智能搬运小车控制系统设计

摘要 为了直观展示智能搬运小车的控制系统工作原理,硬件模块的功能设计以及相互作用,研究分析一般智能搬运小车的硬件模块组成和普遍用途,并设计出一种简单而基础功能完整的智能搬运小车理论方案,主要包括控制模块所需的单片机、灰度传感器、舵机、颜色识别传感器、电机等功能模块的选型及其依据。基于STM32芯片,采用C语言编程,为实现智能搬运小车自动循迹、物块的颜色识别、抓取等功能,编写了相应的程序,并进行了程序测试。结果表明,智能搬运小车的控制系统可通过程序的不断调整优化,实现灵活地运行和功能优化。所提设计方案可用于科技馆直观展示一般智能小车控制系统的工作原理以及C语言编程的应用和优势。 In order to intuitively demonstrate the working principle of the control system of the intelligent transport trolley,the functional design of its hardware modules and their interaction,the hardware module composition and common uses of general intelligent transport trolleys are studied,and a simple and basic functional intelligent transport trolley theoretical scheme is designed,including the type-selection and basis of functional modules such as single-chip microcomputer,grayscale sensor,servo,color recognition sensor,motor,etc.required by the control module.Based on the STM32 chip and C language programming,corresponding programs are completed to realize the functions of automatic tracking,color recognition and grabbing of objects of the intelligent transport trolley,and conducts program testing.Results show that the control system of the intelligent transport trolley can realize flexible operation and functional optimization through continuous adjustment and optimization of the program.The proposed design scheme can be used in science and technology Museum to display the working principle of general intelligent trolley control system and the application and advantages of C language programming.
