基于无线网络通信的3D摊铺控制系统设计

摘要 路面施工质量控制是道路工程中的关键施工环节,因此设计了一种基于无线网络的3D摊铺自动控制系统。利用施工前进行的试验摊铺过程,首先通过软件进行3D建模,然后通过固定在摊铺机上的接收单元实时采集施工过程中的数据,经信号转换模块传入中央控制器,对摊铺过程中路面厚度、平整度、高程、横坡进行数据实时分析与返回控制,其中通信网络硬件配置主要包含中心控制单元、基准站单元、流动站单元等;摊铺设备配置主要包含摊铺机、压路机等。该自动控制系统摊铺方式通过标准差算法计算摊铺数据离散度。与传统摊铺方式施工质量比对的结果证明,采用3D无线网络摊铺方式后,其平整度、厚度、高程、横坡的标准差相比分别降低0.23、2.29、2.73、0.042,其离散程度明显降低,说明摊铺效果明显优于传统摊铺方式,充分提升了路面摊铺施工的摊铺质量及速度。 Road construction quality control is a key construction link in road engineering.Therefore,a wireless network-based 3D paving automatic control system is designed.Using the experimental paving process before construction,3D modeling is built,then real-time data during the construction process is collected through a receiving unit on the paving machine.The signal conversion module is transmitted to the central controller to control the thickness,flatness,elevation,cross slope and Real time data analysis and return control.The communication network hardware configuration mainly includes central control unit,benchmark station unit,mobile station unit,etc.The configuration of paving equipment mainly includes pavers,rollers,etc.The automatic control system calculates the dispersion of paving data through the standard deviation algorithm.Comparison with the construction quality between traditional paving methods and the proposed method shows that,with 3D wireless network paving method,the standard deviation of flatness,thickness,elevation,and cross slope are reduced by 0.23,2.29,2.73,and 0.042,respectively.The dispersion degree is significantly reduced,indicating that the paving effect is significantly better than traditional paving methods,fully improving the paving quality and speed of road paving construction.
