线圈生产线中工件与治具分流回送装置设计

摘要 无线充电线圈在自动化制造生产线末端需固定在治具中,随治具进入高温炉进行胶水固化。为解决现有生产线末端治具与工件的分离、回流以及收料需要人工操作和效率低下的问题,设计了一款线圈生产线末端工件与治具分流回送装置。通过对分流前端工序的各模块进行分析,结合企业当下生产方式,划分了该装置的系统功能,确定了总体设计方案,并用SoildWorks对治具结构、治具上盖打开及搬运机构、倾斜分流装置、收料斗、回流皮带等关键部件进行了结构设计和装配建模,并使用PLC与触控屏对控制系统架构进行设计。基于Keyshot的运动模拟表明,该装置能实现无线充电线圈和扣合治具分流、收料、回送的全工序自动化,使生产线形成闭环,与现有人工分流收料方式相比,可有效提高工件收料和治具回流效率,节省生产成本,提高企业竞争能力。 The wireless charging coil needs to be fixed in the fixture at the end of the automated manufacturing production line,and then enters the high-temperature furnace with the fixture for glue solidification.To solve the problems of manual operation and low efficiency in separating,refluxing,and receiving materials between the end fixtures and workpieces in existing production lines,a coil production line end workpiece and fixture diversion and return device is designed.By analyzing the various modules of the diversion front-end process and combining with the current production mode of the enterprise,the system functions of the device are divided,and the overall design scheme is determined.The structure design and assembly modeling of key components such as the fixture structure,the fixture cover opening and handling mechanism,the inclined diversion device,the receiving hopper and the reflux belt are carried out using SoildWorks,and the control system architecture is designed using PLC and touch screen.The motion simulation based on Keyshot shows that the device can achieve full process automation of wireless charging coil and clamping fixture diversion,material collection,and return,forming a closed-loop production line.Compared with existing manual diversion and material collection methods,the device can effectively improve the efficiency of workpiece material collection and fixture return,save production costs,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
