摘要
针对配网调度信息报送工作存在处理数据量大、效率低、信息时效性差、准确率无法保证等问题及其导致的信息错报误报、影响调度决策等风险,搭建了一种基于配网调度工作台的智能信息报送及自动分析系统,自动采集故障信息、检修工作、运行方式等电网信息,分析计算后生成应急信息、工作统计等多种信息报表,从时间维度和空间维度对调度操作任务进行分析,识别配网调度操作风险并生成告警信息警示调度员。系统采用分布式架构,包括数据采集、数据存储、数据分析、报告管理、风险分析、智能告警等模块。经过实际工作验证,该系统能够快速、准确地完成多种信息报送以及辨识配网调度员操作风险并给予调度员警示,提高调度员工作效率,提升电网运行管理的效率和准确性。
In view of the problems of large amount of processed data,low efficiency,poor timeliness,and unguaranteed accuracy in the information reporting work of distribution network scheduling,as well as the risks of information misreporting and false alarm,affecting scheduling decision making,an intelligent information reporting and automatic analysis system based on distribution network scheduling workbench is built,which automatically collects power grid information such as fault information,maintenance work,and operation mode.After analysis and calculation,various information reports such as emergency information and work statistics are generated,scheduling operation tasks are analyzed from both time and spatial dimensions,distribution network scheduling operation risks are identified,and alarm information is generated to alert dispatchers.The system adopts a distributed architecture,including data collection,data storage,data analysis,report management,risk analysis,intelligent alarm and other modules.Actual work shows that the system can quickly and accurately complete a variety of information reporting,identify the operation risk of the distribution network dispatcher and give the dispatcher a warning,improve the work efficiency of the dispatcher,and improve the efficiency and accuracy of power grid operation and management.
