摘要
人事档案数字化平台能够提高档案管理效率和质量,同时为企业的战略决策提供数据支持。为了满足人事档案数字化平台对于完整性、可用性、安全性的要求,文章通过需求分析、架构设计、关键技术、系统功能4个方面,阐述了人事档案数字化平台的设计和实现过程。通过应用RoseHA高可用架构和Redis高性能技术,大幅提升了平台安全性和电子档案查询响应速度。
The digitalization platform of personnel records not only enhances the efficiency and quality of record management,but also provides data support for strategic decision-making in enterprises.To meet the requirements of completeness,usability,and security for personnel records digitalization platform,a personnel records digitalization platform is designed and achieved from the perspectives of requirement analysis,architecture design,key technologies,and system functionality.The RoseHA high availability architecture and Redis high-performance technology are applied in this paper,which significantly improves the platform’s security and electronic records’search response speed.
