摘要
以脑卒中患者的生理、心理需求为导向,分析助行辅具产品对于患者的价值,从而提出情感化的设计方法,有利于患者在使用过程中获得正向的情感认知。以情感化设计理论为出发点,通过对患者特征、康复痛点和助行辅具功能痛点进行分析,获取患者需求,并采用访谈调研总结出重点需求。将患者需求与情感化设计转化,进行助行辅具产品的设计实践。针对脑卒中患者的助行辅具情感化设计可以满足患者锻炼需求及情感价值等。助行辅具的情感化设计有相当高的社会意义,能够满足患者对助行辅具情感化需求。所以,需要设计师结合患者的生理、心理特征,以情感化设计理论为基础,将助行辅具的功能、情感价值发挥到最大化,给予患者最好体验。
Guided by the physiological and psychological needs of stroke patients,this paper analyzes the value of walking AIDS products to patients,and puts forward an emotional design method,which is conducive to patients obtaining positive emotional cognition in the process of use.Based on the theory of emotional design,the needs of patients were obtained through the analysis of patient characteristics,rehabilitation pain points and functional pain points of walking AIDS,and the key needs were summarized by interview and investigation.Transform the patient's needs and emotional design,and carry out the design practice of walking aid products.The emotional design of mobility AIDS for stroke patients can meet the exercise needs and emotional value of patients.The emotional design of walking AIDS has a high social significance and can meet the patients'emotional needs for walking AIDS.Therefore,designers need to combine the physiological and psychological characteristics of patients,based on the theory of emotional design,to maximize the function and emotional value of walking AIDS,and give patients the best experience.
