摘要
在火电等燃煤过程中,烟气中存在原子汞、离子汞及氧化汞等多种形态的汞,为了在线实时测量总汞浓度,需要将离子汞和氧化汞转变为原子汞,再利用光谱分析等手段,检测烟气中的汞含量。利用固体和气体还原剂,能更充分地将烟气中的离子汞和氧化汞还原成原子汞;能吸收酸性气体,并将干扰气体二氧化硫转变为固体还原剂,“变废为宝”参与还原;能防止汞的二次氧化;同时利用仿真分析,寻找到还原剂腔体的较优结构,从而减少原子汞的堆积,加快系统的响应速度。具备安全可靠,高效率、低成本、长寿命等优点。
In the process of coal combustion such as thermal power,there are many forms of atomic mercury,ionic mercury and mercury oxide in the flue gas.In order to measure the total mercury concentration,it is necessary to convert ionic mercury and mercury oxide into atomic mercury,and then use spectral analysis and other means to detect the mercury content in the flue gas.In this paper,solid and gas reducing agents are used to more fully reduce the ionic mercury and mercury oxide in the flue gas into atomic mercury,which can absorb acid gas,The interfering gas sulfur dioxide is converted into a solid reducing agent,and"waste is turned into treasure"to participate in the reduction;It can prevent the secondary oxidation of mercury;At the same time,the optimal structure of the reducing agent cavity is found by simulation analysis,so as to reduce the accumulation of atomic mercury and accelerate the response speed of the system.It has the advantages of safety,reliability,high efficiency,low cost and long life.
