Analysis of Aluminum Smelting and Twin-Champer Melting Furnace

铝锭推进式加热炉是铝锭热轧或热连轧生产过程中重要的设备,也是造价比较高,技术性能要求严格,燃气消耗比较大的设备。本文简要介绍了铝锭推进式加热炉的关键技术,同时提出了铝锭推进式加热炉的发展方向。

Smelting is an important link in the production process of aluminum alloy.This paper analyzes the characteristics of smelting,and discussed various parts of smelting;Twin-Chamber Melting Furnace(TCF)which is advanced in Recycling Aluminum industry was introduced,and the development of aluminum smelting equipment was listed.
