通过系统分析我国废弃矿山生态修复基本现状,概述了目前废弃矿山面临的核心问题,其中包括土地资源的占用和破坏、地形地貌景观的破坏,以及次生灾害如水土流失等。深入探讨了新时代政策对矿山生态修复的支持。强调了生产矿山在生态修复中的责任,介绍了几种主要的废弃矿山生态修复治理模式。同时,以河南省南太行地区的生态修复工程为典型案例,详细分析了其调查摸底、治理措施、主要实践及取得的成就。总结强调了地方政府在矿山生态保护修复中的关键作用,并提出了需要进一步研究和探索多种模式进行生态修复的建议。

This paper systematically analyzes the current state of ecological restoration of abandoned mines in China.It outlines the core issues faced by abandoned mines,including the occupation and degradation of land resources,the destruction of topography and landscape,and secondary disasters such as soil erosion.The study delves into the policy support for mine ecological restoration in the new era.It emphasizes the responsibility of operating mines in ecological restoration,including the formulation of specific restoration plans and ensuring the completion of tasks related to ecological protection and restoration.Several key ecological restoration governance models for abandoned mines are introduced.Additionally,taking the ecological restoration project in the southern Taihang Mountains region of Henan Province as a typical case,this paper provides a detailed analysis of its investigation,governance measures,main practices,and achievements.The paper concludes by highlighting the pivotal role of local governments in the protection and restoration of mine ecosystems and suggests the need for further research and exploration of multiple models for ecological restoration.
