摘要
针对某铜钴矿铜浸渣中含有一定的硫化铜,为有效回收这些硫化铜,本文基于原铜钴矿石的性质与开发工艺原则,结合铜浸渣中主要存在的矿物成分,提出了采用捕收剂来回收铜浸渣中铜的工艺策略,并对两种捕收剂的应用效果进行了对比分析,最终得出通过应用ZH-1147捕收剂,来开展“一次粗选、两次扫选以及三次精选”的浮选工艺流程,最终可得到铜品位40.07%,产率5.80%,铜回收率达75.62%的铜精矿,且该工艺流程相对较简单,易操作,易实施,成本低,可高效回收铜钴矿铜浸渣中的铜,实现了资源的大幅环保回收,取得了较好的应用效果,可为类似工况下铜浸渣中铜的回收提供参考。
In view of the fact that a certain amount of Copper monosulfide is contained in the copper leaching slag of a copper cobalt mine,in order to effectively recover these Copper monosulfide,this paper,based on the nature of the original copper cobalt ore and the development process principles,combined with the main mineral components in the copper leaching slag,proposed the process strategy of using collectors to recover copper from the copper leaching slag,and made a comparative analysis of the application effects of the two collectors.Finally,through the application of ZH-1147 collector,To carry out the flotation process of"one roughing,two sweeping,and three cleaning",the final copper grade can be 40.07%,yield 5.80% copper concentrate with a copper recovery rate of 75.62%,and this process is relatively simple,easy to operate,easy to implement,and low in cost.It can efficiently recover copper from copper cobalt ore copper leaching slag,achieving significant environmental recovery of resources and achieving good application results.It can provide reference for the recovery of copper from copper leaching slag under similar working conditions.
