摘要
金属矿山尾矿库作为矿山生产的重要设施,其地质稳定性和安全性对于矿山的安全生产及周边环境的保护具有至关重要的意义。通过考察自然因素(地质、水文、气候条件)和人为因素(设计、施工、运营管理及外部活动)对尾矿库稳定性的影响,揭示尾矿库失稳的主要机理。在此基础上,提出包括地质勘查与调查、稳定性计算与分析在内的地质稳定性评估方法,对尾矿库的风险源进行详细识别与评估。从工程技术、管理和法律法规三个层面出发,制定全面的风险防控措施,为金属矿山尾矿库的安全运行和有效管理提供科学依据。
As an important facility of mine production,the geological stability and safety of metal mine tailings reservoir are of vital significance to the safety of mine production and the protection of the surrounding environment.By investigating the influence of natural factors(geology,hydrology,climate conditions)and human factors(design,construction,operation management and external activities)on the stability of tailings ponds,the main mechanism of the instability of tailings ponds is revealed.On this basis,a geological stability assessment method including geological prospecting and investigation,stability calculation and analysis is put forward to identify and evaluate the risk sources of tailings pond in detail.From the three levels of engineering technology,management and laws and regulations,comprehensive risk prevention and control measures are formulated to provide scientific basis for the safe operation and effective management of metal mine tailings ponds.
