摘要
该选矿厂为日处理20000t的钼选矿厂,近期出现多批次精矿含铁(黄铁矿)超标,在现有工艺流程条件下,做了大量工艺调试,精矿中铁仍无法有效降低,通过采样粒度分析、成分化验开展含杂原因分析及降杂途径探讨,分析出了该钼精矿中铁主要来自黄铁矿,钼精矿中富集主要原因为生产过程磨矿粒度分布不合理造成,针对此主要影响因素,开展探索和应用新药剂降低钼精矿中铁含量试验,效果明显,实现精矿含杂合格。
This beneficiation plant is a molybdenum beneficiation plant with a daily processing capacity of20000 tons.Recently,multiple batches of concentrate have exceeded the iron standard.Under the existing process conditions,a large amount of process debugging has been carried out,but theiron in the concentrate cannot be effectively reduced.Through sampling particle size analysis and composition analysis,impurity reason analysis and impurity reduction approach exploration have been carried out,and it has been analyzed that the iron in the molybdenum concentrate mainly comes from Pyrite,The main reason for the enrichment in molybdenum concentrate is the unreasonable distribution of grinding particle size during the production process.In response to this main influencing factor,exploration and application of new drugs to reduce the phosphorus content in molybdenum concentrate have been carried out,and the effect is obvious,achieving qualified impurity content in the concentrate.
