泡沫沥青冷再生技术在沅陵县G319路面大修工程中的应用

摘要 探讨沅陵县国道G319公路路面大修工程中泡沫沥青冷再生技术的应用效果。通过系统试验,确定了混合料的最佳含水量和最大干密度,为混合料的制备提供了关键参数。同时,确定了泡沫沥青的最佳用量,保障混合料性能的同时,实现了材料的经济和环保利用。工后测试显示,泡沫沥青冷再生混合料在干燥和浸水状态下的劈裂强度均满足设计要求,干湿劈裂强度比均超过77.4%,证明泡沫沥青冷再生混合料具有良好的水稳定性。此外,该技术在全过程中实现了84.4%的CO_(2)减排效率,特别是在拌和和铺筑环节,减排效率超过90%。研究结果表明,泡沫沥青冷再生技术在提高路面性能和耐久性的同时,显著降低了碳排放。 To explore the application effect of foam asphalt cold recycling technology in the pavement overhaul project of National Highway G319 in Yuanling County.Through systematic tests,the optimum moisture content and maximum dry density of the mixture were determined,providing key parameters for the preparation of the mixture.At the same time,the optimal dosage of foam asphalt was determined,which guarantees the performance of the mixture and realises the economic and environmental protection use of the material at the same time.The post-work test showed that the splitting strength of the foam asphalt cold recycled mixture in both dry and submerged state met the design requirements,and the ratio of dry and wet splitting strength exceeded 77.4%,proving that the foam asphalt cold recycled mixture has good water stability.In addition,the technology achieved 84.4%CO_(2) reduction efficiency in the whole process,especially in the mixing and paving process,the reduction efficiency was more than 90%.The results show that the foam asphalt cold recycling technology significantly reduces carbon emissions while improving pavement performance and durability.
