为了研究大跨度预应力混凝土连续桥梁的施工技术,以马房特大桥主桥悬浇箱梁菱形挂篮施工为例,对菱形挂篮施工工艺进行了详细研究。通过使用自动化和半自动化钢筋加工设备,钢筋加工效率提高了30%;预制构件的使用使得施工周期缩短了15%;智能化施工技术的应用,使施工误差减少了20%。这些创新措施不仅提高了施工效率和质量,还显著降低了安全风险。
In order to study the construction technology of the long-span prestressed concrete continuous bridge,the construction technology of the diamond hanging basket is studied in detail.Through the use of automatic and semi-automatic steel processing equipment,the steel processing efficiency is increased by 30%;the use of prefabricated components shortens the construction cycle by 15%;the application of intelligent construction technology reduces the construction error by 20%.These innovative measures not only improve the construction efficiency and quality,but also significantly reduce the safety risks.
